Looking for a new job, tired of everything to do with Parker.
Trust in the Swedish leadership dropped like a rock when they sided with Acip. Spineless 🙁
Message: Agree with all the comments I've read, really bad atmosphere on the floor. ACIP nothing good, the salary system is not good either. But the biggest problem is the new management team. Results results results.. they should have more bonuses all the time. We don't get a shit for all the extra work we do, can't wait until the day I change jobs. Thanks and goodbye
Hi, since the Americans bought the company 30 years ago, it has gone out of business, because since we had Germans who took over Borås, it has gotten worse, for example, they took away our free time that we had paid for per week, then our money for HPT WORK
The company is just getting worse and worse. Away with wellness, away with everything. Workers will just have to work faster and faster so that the bosses can get higher bonuses!
Good site!!! Boring with ACIP. Unions and companies are failing us blue‑collar worker . Everyone's equal value, please.
The atmosphere on the floor has never been worse, Parker's personnel policy is under all criticism. Is the human resources department also for the workers?
ACIP and then the new wage system that can be used to punish blue‑collar worker who complain or don't conform. What a good combination, if you're unhappy with the bonus system you don't dare complain too much. Why did the union agree to introduce this wage system? What did we gain from it?
